Thursday, May 1, 2008 - Open Stunting on Lower Field

Drop the books and come join us on lower field, vets & returning members, to throw up a few stunts and help represent McGill Cheer on campus. If you are returning next year, please cheermail Tracy about uniform measurements.

Upcoming 2008-2009 Cheerleading Season

McGill Cheer coaching staff is hard at work in preparation for our upcoming season. Tryouts will be held within the first half of September, with plenty of advertising on campus in the preceding weeks. Information will be posted in the 'Tryouts' section as soon as it is determined, so keep an eye out!

March 15th, 2008: NYC Big Apple Championship

McGill Cheer returned from their US excursion with a first place finish in Level 6 Co-ed International at Big Apple Championship in New York City. Unfortunately, co-captain Lauran Gibson took an unfortunate fall while preparing for the performance and is now recovering like a champ from a broken ankle.

December 1, 2007 - PCA Canadian Nationals
McGill Cheer competed in Brampton, Ontario at Canadian Nationals ! We took 5th, but had an incredible weekend !

March 18, 2005 - NCA Big Apple US Championship
We placed 3rd at the competition! More information to come soon.

Feb 6, 2005 - Superbowl Celebration
The McGill Cheerleading Team joined forces with Euro-spa to celebrate the Patriots' victory over the Eagles at the Superbowl XXXIX. The team entertained during pre-show, between quarters and as well as at half time. To have the McGill Cheerleading team appear at your event, please click here.

Dec 5, 2004 - Nationals Huge Success at the 2004 PCA Canadian National Colligate Cheerleading Championships. McGill Posted their best ever finish with a 3rd in the All-Girl/ Small Co-Ed team division and a National Championship in the All Girl Collegiate stunt competition. Click here to read more. Winter, 2005
At the Redmen and Martlet basketball games, the McGill Cheerleaders brought it to the floor with bigger and better stunts. The crowd was also impressed and showed their support.
