Fall 2011 Competitions

    We placed 2nd out of 3 in the Co-Ed Division at the Kick's Cheerleading competition

    UNOCCVII (2011 PCA NATIONALS) We finished 6th place in a tough All-Girl Division

McGill Cheerleading says goodbye to our 2011 graduates!

    McGill Cheerleading would like to thank and congratulate 4 members of our team who graduated this year:

JAMfest 2011: 3rd Place All-Girl Collegiate Division

    The team spent a balmy weekend competing and shopping in Philadelphia, PA, USA. The music cut out on our first run, but we kept going and showed great perseverance! Our second run, with music, was solid. Great job ladies!

Nationals 2010: 4th Place in University All-Girl Division

    The team performed 2 solid routines and finished 4th out of 7 all-girl teams. As always, the competition was tight and McGill had a great showing!

Kick's Cheerleading Competition 2010: 2nd Place Co-Ed Division

    The team spent the Sunday before Nationals test driving their routine at C�GEP Andr� Grasset. We finished 2nd place among the University Co-Ed teams (competing as an all-girl team!).

Battle at the Capitol 2010: 3rd Place in All-Girl Collegiate Division

    The team spent a great weekend in Washington, D.C. at Battle at the Capitol. We put on a solid showing at the beautiful Gaylord Convention Centre, which saw thousands of competitors young and old!

Nationals 2009: 5th Place in University All-Girl Division

    The team placed 5th out of 8 All-Girl University teams that competed in the competition held at the Powerade Centre. The division was extremely competitive and we are excited to see how Canadian All-Girl Cheerleading will grow in the future!

Mardi Gras Nationals 2009: 3rd Place in Level 6 All-Girl Division

    The team put on a great showing at Mardi Gras Nationals in Hershey, Pennsylvania. We took 3rd place in the Level 6 All-Girl Competition, and came away with some sweet Mardi Gras gear.

    We performed our routine for family and friends before heading to Hershey, Pennsylvania for Mardi Gras Nationals.

March 15, 2008 - NYC Big Apple Championship

    McGill Cheer returned from their US excursion with a first place finish in Level 6 Co-ed International at Big Apple Championship in New York City. Unfortunately, co-captain Lauran Gibson took an unfortunate fall while preparing for the performance and is now recovering like a champ from a broken ankle.

December 1, 2007 - PCA Canadian Nationals

    McGill Cheer competed in Brampton, Ontario at Canadian Nationals. We took 5th, but had an incredible weekend.
